Liz Freedman

I am currently a PhD student at the Museum of the Rockies, Montana State University, studying the paleoecology of Late Cretaceous microsites in the Judith River Formation of Montana. In addition to my research, I'm involved in our ongoing effort to organize and improve access to our paleontology collections. I also organize the summer field crews for the largest paleo field program in the country. For summer 2010, we may need some volunteers to assist with our digs in the Hell Creek, Two Medicine, and Judith River Formations of Montana. For information on our digs, and the application, go here: volunteers. (Please note that our field plans are still evolving, so we may or may not need any volunteers this summer.)
